Sirah

The Sirah, is an originating stock of Persia, and Rodano in France, whose cluster has berries of tamaño average, of cilíndrica form and compacts, its skin is fine and resistant, its sweet and substantial pulp.

Los flavors of the Sirah, are cálidos and with body, pleasant when paladar. Their berries have an attractive color azul.

Es a cepaje very perfumed, with aromas to violets, that remember flavors of mature red fruits like the blackcurrant liqueur, the frambuesas and the Moors. The wines processed with éste cepaje have an intense red color.
