Chardonnay

The Chardonnay, is an originating stock of the northeast of France, whose cluster is pequeño and compact, has berries of oblong form, with a smooth skin and consistente.

El Chadonnay is a fine and aromático cepaje, of smooth and sweetened flavor, pleasant when paladar. Their berries are of yellow color and change ambar when they estan toasted by the sol.

The wines processed with this cepaje varian a golden yellow tone to, según their form of elaboración and keeps. It can be very light and delicate when paladar or of low acidity and enough body, to the being kept by long time in French barrels. The Chardonnay wine acompaña fished very well, ostras and is excellent like appetizer.
